There are two inner voices. The voice from the heart is grounded in peace while the voice from the mind brings excitement and enthusiasm.
The mind has many levels and creates our perceptions of reality in our waking states and in our sleep, through dreams. The psychological space is a common shared space where everyone has his/her own interactive cloud.
Beware of your inner voice that brings excitement. It may not be yours.
Question it with your heart, and only accept if it graduates with honors, the following three tests:
- It should improve your quality of sleep, and you should feel fresh when you wake up.
- The voice should be compassionate
- The voice should pass the logic of sustainability and evolution.
